We will guide you through a 10 week Boxing fitness camp where you will learn real boxing techniques, build your confidence and get a full body workout. You will learn to defend yourself at all times, get fit and release some pent-up stress on a heavy bag. This course has been developed to train you in the ways of a fighter but is completely non contact.
At the end of camp you will smash your PB’s in the fitness test. Look and feel your absolute best. You may even throw on some skinny jeans and / or go down the pub and show your muscles or brag about how all your clothes are too big now that you are slimmer.
We will work with you at your level regardless of whether you’ve never stepped foot in a gym or have previous experience.
