Non-Contact Boxing Coaching for Ages 8–14

Non-contact boxing coaching for ages 8–14, in small groups of just 3–4.

Your child doesn't need to be ready to spar — or ever want to.

They'll learn proper boxing: pads, bags, footwork, movement and defence, with individual coaching and plenty of attention.

They're not just being kept busy. They're learning how to box.

That's more important to us than anything else.

Because when children love doing something, they want to learn. They practise. They listen. They keep coming back.

And there's something incredibly powerful about a child realising: "I'm getting good at this."

Sessions are fast-moving, challenging and fun — while still teaching proper boxing skills.

They'll get fitter, stronger and more confident along the way. But first, we want them to love boxing.

This is where we're different.

We coach a maximum of four children.

That means time on the pads. Individual feedback. Technique corrected. Challenges adapted to the child. And a coach who actually knows how each child is progressing.

One parent recently told us his son had: "Learned more in four sessions here than in a year at his previous martial arts club."

That's exactly what these sessions are designed to achieve.

Less waiting. More attention. Better coaching.

Children learn genuine boxing skills — how to punch properly, move, defend and put combinations together.

But there's no sparring and children don't punch each other.

All the skill, challenge and progression of learning to box — without the pressure to spar.

For kids who want to learn boxing — without having to fight.

Not sure if they'll enjoy boxing? Start with a single introductory session.

They'll get to experience the coaching, learn some of the basics and see if it's right for them.
